An Origin point.....

So my day has now finally started after some much needed dreaming, headache relieving snoozing, and I find my self after finally having my first cup of coffee in two day's (Thanks to my last coffee pot cracking) surprising awake, alert and aware, and oh ... watching Stargate. For some unknown reason I have been on a bit of a Stargate kick of late, probably due to the fact that Netflix had all five seasons of Stargate Atlantis and I have been feeding my Nerd side by going through them all, having not seen of of SG-A before I figured it was about time, and since seeing them I have decided to go back to the Origin point you might say and start again from the classic 1994 film by the same name with Kurt Russell & James Spader.  Now I'm probably going to take allot of flack for this but when Staragate first came out I couldn't stand it, I thought it was just a load of old crap, but when Stargate SG-1 hit the screens and there was nothing else worth watching on television I actually sat down and watched an episode and found myself really getting into it, So with that fresh feeling towards the TV show still prevalent in my mind I decided to watch the movie again and loved it.... funny Huh ?

Other than that, the day is starting off well, I have decided to throw myself into some mesh work, given that my amazing, beautiful girlfriend is off and busy dealing with the real world, I need something to distract me from missing her too much, so I figured work would be the best thing to do that, and of course my Nerd has started to show because what does any nerd do when he or she has access to pipes and cylinders when they are a big Star Wars freak ? Yeah you guessed it, I gave into my five year old self and started to make a lightsaber...
how original of me lol. It is something I probably wont finish, as with some people who write, or paint they usually let their mind just go blank and create something out of thin air until inspiration strikes, although for me all I can think about at the moment is creating either a Pod Racer or a Set of Jedi Robes... again, so original right ?

So with my mind thinking of galaxies "Far Far Away ..." I can foresee some hardcore Star Wars Nerding in my future, which reminds me I still need to download the rest of Star Wars The Old Republic, Oh well I will get to it at some point, for now however I'm more than content to be in Second Life, feeding my Nerd side and spending time with the most fantastic woman on the planet who herself is a complete nerd, I'm one lucky s.o.b, and I know it :D

So let the rest of the day unfold as it will and any more interesting things I will post about, after all there is always something interesting in the weird but wonderful world of a nerd .....

Before I close out this blog and go and do... what ever it is I decide to do, I just thought I would throw this in as my nerd side completely took over my mouse hand and keyboard hand and found myself watching this again for the unknonw'th time,
